**RUDRA**

I was 10 years old when I met her for the very first time, my mom took me to her friend's house and she was none other than her 6 years old daughter. I was sitting in the hall when she came down from upstairs wearing a white lehenga. "Doll come here" mom opened her arms and she ran towards Mom.

But her leg got stuck in her lehenga and was about to fall, I had just extended my hand before someone saved her."Raj" she didn't even glance at him and hugged him "how many times have I told you to be careful Ishi, if it had hit you" he put her face between his palms. She giggled at his words "I know you will never let me get hurt, you will always protect me".

I gritted my teeth looking at their closeness, that boy was none other than my own cousin Yuvraj. That day I felt like breaking his hands, how dare he touch my girl. She was from the day my eyes laid on her.

Later we became friends but she used to spend most of her time with Yuvraj and share everything with him, I wanted her all for myself and the biggest stone of my way was Yuvraj Suryavanshi, so I tried to remove that stone from my way.

On my girl's 8th birthday, I pushed him from the stairs. He bled a lot, his condition was serious but Tara Aunty was a brilliant doctor and she saved him. That mother fucker survived that day but my mom saw me pushing him from the stairs.

She took me home from the hospital "What the hell you did Rudra, you tried to kill him, what if something serious happened to Yuvraj, what if someone saw you pushing him", "I killed that person also" I remember the way her eyes widened.

I got everything I wanted and my mom used to fulfil all my wishes. So I decided to tell her about the my most favourite and important thing in my life I want.

"Mom I want something and if you get me that thing, I would never do this again in my life and If you did n't get it for me, I'll make it mine myself" She gulped her saliva "What do you want?"

"I want Ishika to be mine" the first time my mom slapped me "She is a human not a toy, Rudra" I didn't feel bad about that slap because it was because of my girl "she is my toy to play, she became my favourite toy that day I saw her and I want that toy to be mine".

"I want her and that's the final Mom, get me her otherwise I will get her in my way," I picked the flower vase and threw it at one of our servants. He was bleeding and I was looking at him with a proud feeling that I didn't fail to hit my target.

Mom came close to me, fear was clearly visible in her eyes, she hugged me "Rudra don't try to hurt anyone, I will give Ishika in exchange but please stop this

Dadu asked his parents in America to handle the whole business. Dadu abandoned my father just because he did some scam in property and he had got some part of the property registered in his name.

Everything was going good, Yuvraj went to America and I got my girl whole for myself. I was her only friend but then Tara Aunty decided to go to America for forever. Then the accident happened.

After Ishika lost her memory, she did not even remember Yuvraj's name. She became my Aarushi from his Ishika. She used to spend most of her time with me until she made some friends in school.

I tortured every boy who had feelings for her or tried to look at her with bad intentions. In school I used to beat them badly, everyone in the school knew that she was my girl except her.When she got admission into medical college, I hired men to protect her from the dirt who try to look at her

14 years have passed, everything was going according to our plan, little bit everybody knew that one day Yuvraj would come back and it happened.

Varsha Aunty and Anand Uncle presented Mehak as Ishika and Aarushi as Nisha. Mehak loves Yuvraj, so we decided to get her married to him.

But suddenly on the wedding day Mehak had disappeared. Our years of hard work were wasted when Yuvraj married Aarushi forcefully, this isn't a big deal, the big deal is someone knows about Aarushi real identity and my guts are saying that someone kidnapped Mehak.

In her wildest dreams Mehak couldn't deny her wedding with Yuvraj, she was over the moon when her marriage was fixed but how did she disappear suddenly, how everything went the opposite of our plan?

It's easy for me to separate Ishika and Yuvraj with a snap of my fingers but I have to find Mehak for that. Once I will find her, yuvraj will leave Aarushi because that mother fucker thinks Mehak is his Ishika.

I didn't even think that he would be so dumb that he couldn't recognise his love. Anand Uncle and Varsha Aunty told him, Mehak is Ishika and he believed them, how naive he is.

There is someone who knows everything and wants to keep my girl close to Yuvraj. Yuvraj must have stopped her from meeting her parents or threatened her.

If my dear cousin doesn't know about his wife's reality then it's fine and if he knows and he is playing these games then I will have to break the promise made to mom to not to kill him.

I took my girl's photo frame in my hand and moved my hand over her picture "Don't worry baby ,I will take you with me in sometimes just wait for sometimes then we will be together for forever"

I'm sorry baby you got panic attacks because of me but it was also your fault, you know how to get on my nerves quickly, every time I saw you with that Yuvraj my blood boils. You should have to maintain distance from him by yourself but you behave like a brat every time.

"My toy, you will become mine" I kissed in her photo.

It was 3 am and Yuvraj came to meet Adriel after Aarushi went to sleep, he was standing at his penthouse door, after two bells Adriel opened the door.

"What are you doing here at this time ?" Adriel asked, blocking his way "Why can't I come and didn't you sleep?" Yuvraj pushed him slightly and made his way towards the hall, he settled himself on the sofa and placed his feet on the table.

"Of course, you can't come late at night and I was about to sleep, I was just checking the past month's performance of ATech" he closed his laptop. Yuvraj glared at him when he heard the ATech name from his mouth "How were you checking the performance, did you have access?"

Adriel smiled and shook her head, Yuvraj threw a pillow from his beside towards him but he was fast enough to catch "don't you fucking tell me that you hacked your's own company security system".

"What if I told you that I did" Adriel threw the pillow back to him "then you are a nutcase" he stood from his place and went to the bar area.

"Spanish Sherry or Port Wine?" Adriel asked while looking at the bottles of drinks "Whatever you want but don't mix water or soda in mine" Yuvraj replied back as he removed his coat and shoes.

Yuvraj was sitting thinking about how their first kiss was not like he imagined, he never thought that she would regret this. He was over the moon when they kissed, he manifested this scene 8 years ago when he saw a couple kissing.

He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't notice Adriel's presence."Tell me what happened" he put the glasses down at the table and took a seat beside him. Yuvraj looked at him with widened eyes "Everything is okay" he said casually.

"Stop pretending to me that everything is okay Yuvi, I know you both are brothers from so many years and we all knew we can't lie to each other" Adriel forwarded him a glass. "Did Ru do anything".

Yuvraj snapped at him"No she didn't, actually it's not her fault. It all happened because of my stupidity and I think I made the situation awkward for her", a smile captured Adriel lips "why are you smiling, did I say something strange" Yuvraj took a sip of his drink, "No I was just thinking how you came to protect your wife even it's her fault or not "

Yuvraj explained to him the whole thing that happened between him and Aarushi, "You have made this wretched look because you told Ru that you will kiss her again" Adriel raised his eyebrow and Yuvraj rolled his eyes at him " fuck off Asshole".

Adriel laughed"I was just trying to lighten your mood" and he further added "I have a better solution for this", "What are you waiting for then tell me" Yuvraj rested his head on the sofa.

"Go and tell her about her real identity, tell her that she is Ishika Awasthi, the girl you love, just give it a try and see if it will work and she will remember everything again" Adriel said as he filled their glasses again.

"Huh, you are telling me to tell her the truth, What should I tell her that I am her Raj about whom she does not remember anything? Or should I say that I am her Raj who is crushing her in order to fulfil the promise made to her 14 years ago. Or that I am the one who loves her madly, who has come to know the meaning of love only by her existence and leave this what if something will happen to her after knowing the truth, her mind is not in a state to handle this shock what if she will slip in coma again, Leaving alone is far better than losing her again and this time front of my eyes" a dry chuckle left his throat, his voice was showing clearly how helpless he was feeling.

Adriel put his drink on the table, right now the man sitting beside him was not the man he knows, he was not the Yuvraj Suryavanshi world knows, he is the Raj who was trying to protect his love, Adriel always witnessed yuvraj's love for Ishika even she was not with him,"I can understand what are you feeling" Adriel patted yuvraj's back.

He jerked his hand from his shoulder "No, neither do you nor anyone else understands, In fact even sometimes I cannot understand how fucking it tears my heart everytime when I hugs her and she didn't even try to hug me back, everytime she calls me Yuvraj instead of Raj, she only lives with me actually she is not with me, everytime when I saw her fighting with her own thoughts but she doesn't tell me because I'm a stranger for her a stranger who forcefully keeps her with himself, a stranger with whom she was leaving for the sake of her family who uses her for their own benefits".

"You know Adriel she will not take a second to leave me if I will tell her that I will not do anything with her family, she will not think once before leaving me all alone" Yuvraj voice was breaking as he was trying to hold himself from shattering his eyes colour started changing from chocolate brown shades to red.

"Yuvraj go and sleep, we will talk about this later" Adriel took glass from his hand "Okay I'm going home, Aarushi was alone there and I have to go before she wake up " He wore his shoes and took his coat but Adriel held his hand "Not now, go and sleep in the room, I have something very important to talk to you and Devyan"

"Ok then I will call Devyan and we will discuss right now " Yuvraj took his phone out of his pocket "No not now, I have to take a proper sleep,you also go in the room we will discuss it after waking up" Adriel said and both walked in different directions towards their room
